As a Compliance & Risk Officer Apprentice, you’ll start your career with strong

This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills to identify and analyse risk and

compliance issues. You'll work with data and reports to find innovative solutions

and tackle your organisation's challenges head-on.

You will spend 80% of your time on the job putting your new skills into practice. The

remaining 20% will be dedicated to off-the-job learning through a course

provider, where you will work towards gaining your International Compliance

Association (ICA) Certificate. Your role will be to learn and work aligned with best

practices, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance in all administrative

tasks, with the goal of becoming a qualified compliance professional.

and 27001.

? Actively helping to gain the ISO 42001 accreditation, ensuring we remain

compliant with all requirements to maintain these standards.

? Assisting colleagues in tracking and analysing compliance and risk metrics.

? Liaising directly with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

? Researching, implementing, and rolling out new company processes related to risk and compliance.

? First point of review for new client contracts, flagging any conflicts with our

terms and insurances and ensuring appropriate records are maintained.

? Participating in tasks as required and identifying opportunities to make the

company more efficient.
